Philosophical consultants are academically trained philosophers who utilize their philosophical knowledge and skills to provide practical guidance for individuals and organizations.

How is philosophical consulting practiced at Holland & Company?

A customer of Holland & Company receives guidance for a particular service or project on an as needed basis for a flat fee.

A client of Holland & Company receives philosophical guidance for whatever problem might arise in exchange for a monthly retainer.

An organization may become a partner with Holland & Company in exchange for at least 1% equity of the organization, along with a monthly retainer equal to at least 1% of the organization’s monthly revenue. In return, the client receives a monthly philosophical analysis of their organization, as well as continuous guidance for whatever problems their organization might encounter.
